We try to get the ordered goods the next day. Fast and quality delivery is of great importance to us.

You have two delivery methods available, as well as your own collection at the company headquarters. For orders higher than € 300, delivery in Slovenia is free.

  • Delivery up to 31.5kg (GLS)
  • Safe delivery (for heavier and fragile packages)

Orders for personal collection can be submitted at the company's headquarters up to 1 hour before collection.

For larger orders, please help the delivery person unload your goods.

You will receive an invoice for payment within 24 hours to your email address from the moment we receive your transfer.

We reserve the right to deliver the shipment later due to force majeure, natural disasters.

Dealing with damaged shipments

Despite our best efforts to ensure that our shipments arrive undamaged, some damage may occur.

IMPORTANT: Before accepting the shipment, make sure that there are no visible damages on the shipment! If there is damage, report it immediately to the delivery person and take a photo of it, and immediately open the package to make sure that the contents are undamaged. Send the report and pictures of the damaged shipment to the e-mail address [email protected] as soon as possible. If you did not report the damage to the delivery person immediately, the replacement of the item and the refund of the purchase price may be refused, if it is not possible to determine where the damage occurred.

Price list for delivery abroad

Delivery via DPD courier service:

Report the damage to the courier who delivered the shipment to you immediately upon receipt. Then send us by e-mail [email protected] photos of the outer packaging, DPD labels with information about the sender and recipient, a photo of the inner packaging and intermediate protection of goods and photos of damaged package contents. Together with the DPD courier service, we will make sure that the compensation is resolved in the shortest possible time.

If the provider is unable to fulfill his/her obligation because the goods will not be available, it will inform the buyer and they will agree on further procedure.

In the event that the provider eliminates the ordered products in time, it is not responsible for the overdue delivery time of the contractor. Delivery is made to the address provided by the user when registering or ordering. In the event that no one is present at the address at the time of delivery, the courier leaves a notice of the arrival of the shipment or. on an attempt to hand over the goods. In the event that the courier could not deliver the shipment and you did not pick it up, the buyer will be charged postage for the returned shipment.
